At our first meeting, we discussed funding for the project and how we run the project which was the subject of our kick-off meeting held previously.

We also got an approval for the name of this project as “ART-AID” and assigned tasks to members who are involved in this project.

Because this is a charity project which focuses on sales and exhibition, we also discussed the number of artists who will be participating in this project based on the size of the venue.
